My story

Once Upon a Rockstar is about me. I’m Rita. Some of you know me as RitaRaeRoxx. Some of you know me as Chiquita from Omaha. Others know me as Rockin Rita. This is my story.

My love for music came on at a very early age, spinning records in my room watching American Bandstand on TV when the great ones took the stage ... The Osmonds, The Jackson 5, Bay City Rollers and Sonny and Cher. I started going to concerts in 1979 - Aerosmith was my very first show. When my mom passed away when I was only 17 years old, I left the green pastures of Omaha for the exciting nightlife of Hollywood, Los Angeles.

With over three decades of stories, ticket stubs, backstage passes and rock collectables, my self-published memoir, “Once Upon A Rockstar”, is a TELL-ALL book about my behind-the-scenes adventures with the heavy-hitters of the 1980’s. From David Lee Roth to Warren Buffett, I have made ties with the best of them.

Rock me so hard is about more than just rock concerts its about a lifestyle of experience.
